What's this site all about?

pwlibrary.com is a searchable real estate photo library with rentable images. The library is a collection of photographs by Tim Mooney who has practiced professional photography for more than 25 years. 'Perth Waterfronts' is a 160 page coffee table style book launched in October 2007. The book's content is entirely aerial photography of Perth's fine waterfront and beach front homes, CBD and places of interest. The library is continually updated. If its not in the library please ask and it won't be long before its there and available.

How to use the images:

All images are available for rental. The images are popular for marketing properties for sale, selective gift giving of prints and 'a million and one' other creative uses. Choose to use these images on your website, print media, in print for brochures and promotions, mounted and framed for personal or corporate display … your choice.

What's the process of renting from this library?

It's simple.
Search for a particular image (using either the searchable FIND section, or the VIEW section both being on the home page) or look through the entire library for an image that will suit your purpose.
Select images and copy/paste the images' file id.
Complete an email and specify the image (copy/paste) and the intended use of the images.
Indicate your preferred payment method.
The images are delivered by email (<9MB) or other means (eg CD by post) depending on the size of the file you require.
Simple as that!

Choose the image and required resolution. You can either VIEW the library by specific geographic / suburban areas or you can search the library from the FIND section by simply entering either the postcode, suburb, or in some cases the street name. Then please decide on the resolution of the picture you require. You can order images in the following formats and delivery methods.

Low Res Files: Low resolution digital images are perfect for websites, digital presentations, real estate listing presentations, and for any purpose requiring identification but not pin sharp quality. These low res images can be delivered directly to your nominated email address (yours, your designer's, media, printer etc) Low Res by email $70, Low res by CD mailed local $95

High Res: The standard High Res image sent thru by email is approx 5MB in jpeg format. Please request other sizes as needed. A low res 'positional' can be forwarded by email on request. Just ask. High Res by email $270 incl gst.

Your Payment

Image orders are not processed until payment is received. There are three basic methods of payment.

PayPal - the fastest, most efficient secure payment system available. Paypal lets you pay anyone with an email address in 56 countries. With PayPal the payment is immediate and secure. Seconds after you confirm payment to my nominated email address I am notified of your successful payment and we process your order immediately... no overnight clearances etc... perfect for this 'want it now' time driven business. There are no fees to you when you pay me. I use PayPal for most purchases these days and can not fault their services. See www.paypal.com for further information and registration. Cheque - You can forward a private or company cheque with your order and upon funds bank clearance your order will be processed. Please allow three days from banking.
